Pay rate

Since July 1, 2025, the state pays the SFC provider agency a daily rate by level: $77.54 (Level 1), $99.71 (Level 2) or $133.44 (Level 3). The agency must use at least 60% of the daily rate for caregiver stipends and for the person providing the direct service.

The caregiver coach and nurse supervision costs, including training and transportation, and any respite costs also count toward the 60%, so the caregiver's own stipend can be less than 60% of the rate.
