Who qualifies

CCC Plus Waiver members whose unpaid primary caregiver needs relief from the physical burden and emotional stress of providing care. Respite can be given at home by a personal care aide, through an agency or consumer-directed. If a legally responsible individual is the paid attendant for personal care, respite is not an allowable service.
